Wheel-thrown plates. Still wet clay was covered with leaves cut from paper, whole were covered with colourful engobe. In the areas where paper leaves were lying, clay were not painted which created interesting pattern. Then bisque firred, glazed and fired again in high temperature.
Meal on such a plate becomes unique, not just gastronomical feast…
